We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic IT/Systems Support person to join the team. Your role would include:

• First line support for our clients websites and online applications
• Support and maintenance for our webservers
• Support and maintenance of our internal IT network
• Anti-virus, backup
• Recommendations for upgrades and improvements

Key skills required:

• SQL 2000,2005 with 2008 being useful
• IIS 6/IIS 7
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Office
• DHCP/DNS
• Desktop xp/vista/windows 7 experience
• Server Support 2003/2008
• Firewall/Router config
• Fault finding from diagnosis to resolution

We aren't necessarily looking for someone with lots of commercial experience or qualifications, we are looking for someone with the right attitude, ability to keep calm under pressure and confidence in dealing with clients. There will be plently of opportunities to develop new skills. 

Other experience that would be useful, but not necessary would be:

• Debugging/testing Web Apps
• Ability to build on relationships with clients to maintain confidence in ID
• .Net/c#/PHP development
• Sharepoint/CRM
• MCP/MCSE

Salary £15,000 to £16,000 per annum
